Option 1: Comprehensive Package

The Comprehensive Package is our core service that we provide to our clients recruiting for corporate development roles. This service is designed to help candidates get jobs at big corporations (i.e. Apple, Meta, and Tesla) and high growth startups. As the name implies, we will work with you comprehensively 1-on-1 through the entire recruiting process following our structured program to prepare you on all the different aspects of the candidacy.

Many of our most successful engagements were delivered under our Comprehensive Package. Unfortunately, because we are a small team (and we like to keep it this way), we can only take on a small batch of clients for each recruiting cycle in order to guarantee quality of service. Option 2: Hourly Coaching (10 Hours / 5 Hours / 2 Hours)

Our Hourly Coaching package provides 1-on-1 interview coaching services on an ad hoc basis, personalized to your specific needs. Simply purchase the 2-10 hour packages above and use the hours whenever you like. As an hourly client, you get to set your own agenda. We can spend the time working on technicals, behavioral, deal structuring, mock interviews, or other areas. We can also use the time to practice case studies common in CorpDev interviews.

During checkout, you will be prompted to fill out a form about yourself and your objectives. Please be thorough in the questionnaire and try to provide all the relevant details. After completing the purchase, our project manager will reach out to you at the email you provided and arrange for the coaching sessions with a designated consultant.

Coaching Format

Our hourly coaching are personalized 1-on-1 sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs. We conduct our coaching sessions via phone calls and digital communications (i.e. Skype, WhatsApp, etc). Each coaching session will be at least 1 hour in length. Time spent online during calls and offline reviewing materials are both tracked.

Engagement Duration

Please plan to use all coaching sessions within 180 days of purchase.

Scheduling Policy

We understand recruiting can be unpredictable and we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. But advanced notice will be greatly appreciated! If you have to reschedule, let us know at least 1 hour in advance. Please avoid lateness and last-minute cancellations.

  • Who will I be working with?

    You’ll be working with a member of 10X’s corporate development practice, who has worked in corporate development at a major corporation (i.e. FAANG) and share a similar background as yourself. We generally try to pair our clients with someone on our team who share similar background and have undergone similar challenges to ensure best client service.

  • Are the 10X coaches current working professionals in the industry?

    Yes, all of our coaches are working professionals and provide coaching services on the side during their free time. In fact, we encourage our coaches to work full-time in the industry. This gives us a competitive edge because we can stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices that we can share with our clients. Only our operations team work at 10X on a full-time basis.

  • How will the coaching sessions be delivered?

    Most of our coaching sessions are delivered through either phone or digital communications (i.e. Skype, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Google Hangouts, etc). We do not accommodate in-person coaching sessions for hourly clients, unless given special circumstances.

  • My interview is tomorrow. Can you help?

    We suggest you make the purchase as soon as possible. If we’re unable to accommodate the request, we’ll refund your money. While we have the capability to accommodate last-minute requests, we ask that you please be considerate of our time and try to give us as much advance notice as possible.

  • Can you guarantee that I will get the offer?

    We cannot guarantee that you will get the offer. The engagement is purely for educational purposes. Our engagement is to coach you and help you present the best of yourself to firms. We have a very strict business ethics standards and conflict of interest policy and do not participate in guaranteed arrangements of any kind.

    Our coaching packages only include our time and does not include other products that we sell on our online store. They would have to be purchased separately. For Comprehensive Package clients, you will receive other proprietary materials, just not the items being sold on our platform.
